About The Position

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for an Administrative Support Level III to provide support for our government customer in Frederick, MD. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support services including overseeing scheduling meetings, day-to-day business functions, and making travel arrangements for necessary personnel for identified missions. Perform writing tasks in support of the Logistical Assistance Program including but not limited to typing routine letters and memos; validating the memos, reports, executive summaries, and other correspondences for format and content consistent with the Army Correspondence regulations (AR 25-50). Perform a wide variety of administrative clerical tasks in such functional areas as work orders, finance, production control, supply or for special projects. Will gather, collect, input, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources. Compile reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, and correspondence. Design processes and input/control data to enhance workflow. Provides data and documentation to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Participate in administrative meetings, disseminate associated information and guidance to Division/PMO personnel. Prepare documents IAW AR 25-50, Preparing and Managing Correspondence to include preparing Department of the Army memorandums, letters, executive summaries, Information Papers briefings, meeting minutes, and staffing of other DoD correspondence.

Requirements

  • Must have minimum of High-school Diploma
  • Must have experience leading and supervising subordinates.
  • Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience (education/training may be substituted for experience) performing a wide variety of administrative clerical tasks in such functional areas as work orders, finance, production control, supply or for special projects.
  • Must have direct experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook and MS TEAMS to effectively communicate via email with other staff; use the Outlook and MS TEAMS calendar.
  • Must have the ability to successfully communicate using effective interpersonal and communication skills in addition to managing numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the Program.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must hold an Active Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) to eight (8) years years of experience performing a wide variety of administrative clerical tasks in such functional areas as work orders, finance, production control, supply or for special projects preferred.
