About The Position

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to all managers. These responsibilities may include route monitoring, clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, assisting in driver training and onboarding documents for inexperienced drivers. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering calls from drivers and calling customers regarding delivery orders, completing required tasks in Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and monitoring driver teams throughout the shift remotely at the office. They will also need to understand logistics terminology and have previous success in a fast-paced environment.
