About The Position

At Parmele Disability Advocates, we help individuals secure the Social Security benefits they deserve. As an Administrative Support Clerk you’ll provide essential behind-the-scenes support to both clients and team members by helping maintain an efficient intake process by staying organized, adapting to priorities, and supporting continuous workflow improvements. No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path for success. You’ll help keep our intake process running smoothly by organizing client information, handling documentation, and communicating with clients.

Requirements

  • Professional and confident communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and in accordance with company policies.
  • Review client files and assist with documentation throughout the intake process.
  • Manage and process high-priority documents electronically, including reviewing, scanning, sorting, and attaching files.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent coverage and smooth workflow.
  • Make outbound calls to clients regarding appointments and intake-related updates.
