About The Position

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of administrative, office, or support experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to managers and team members
  • Manage emails, calendars, and meeting scheduling
  • Prepare, update, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document organization
  • Coordinate virtual meetings and follow up on action items
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Support internal communication and coordination tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
