The position involves performing diversified administrative support, coordinative and/or secretarial duties related to the functional and/or operational needs of the department and the Department Head. This includes composing confidential correspondence, reports, memoranda, and related documents, as well as scheduling appointments and meetings, making necessary arrangements for those meetings, and taking meeting minutes as required. The role also encompasses various receptionist and registration duties, compiling and analyzing basic information, and preparing statistical data for reporting purposes. Additionally, the position requires preparing presentation materials and creating charts, graphs, tables, and graphics. Maintaining department supply and equipment inventory and performing research for special projects as assigned are also key responsibilities. Other related duties may be required as necessary.
