Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the Student Services Center/Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) runs efficiently and effectively. You'll assist the Administrative Support Coordinator and Director of College Advising in creating a positive, organized environment for students, faculty, and staff. The role focuses on customer service, coordination, communication, and logistical support for day-to-day and special activities. Serves as receptionist and first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff. Assesses student needs, schedules advising appointments and workshops through EAB, and makes referrals to appropriate campus resources. Prepares and maintains advisement materials. Supports the Administrative Support Coordinator and Director of College Advising with daily office operations, including travel requests, reimbursements, office supply orders, and personnel-related documents. Provides logistical support for unit projects, special initiatives, and events. Performs other duties as assigned.
