The position involves actively participating in the management of the activity or organization by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties. The individual will serve as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations and will apply knowledge of the organization, its functions, and regulations to carry out various administrative functions related to personnel, accounting, budget, purchasing, logistics, and supply. The role also includes composing operating procedures and setting internal priorities to generate improvements in administrative services, as well as performing other duties related to office automation requiring skills in general office machines, software, and the internet/intranet.
