The role includes organizing the flow of operational program processes in an office environment, ensuring compliance by reviewing and revising studies, reports, and correspondence for accuracy and format. The candidate will use a personal computer to transmit correspondence, create reports, databases, spreadsheets, graphics, slide shows, and presentations, manipulating data to meet presentation and report requirements. Additional responsibilities include arranging and maintaining appointment calendars, routing incoming mail, establishing suspense dates for responses, and performing various support functions such as gathering statistical data, monitoring budgets, and preparing training sessions. This is a white-collar position that may require occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
