Position Overview: As an Administrative Supervisor within ESD’s Professional Licensing Bureau, you will lead staff who directly support Montana’s professional and occupational licensing boards. This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the Executive Officer Team with implementing board actions, ensuring compliance with state law, and supporting transparent, effective governance. You’ll apply strong supervisory and problem-solving skills to guide staff in managing board operations, licensing workflows, and stakeholder interactions. Working collaboratively across the division, you will help align daily operations with DLI’s broader mission to promote innovation, accountability, and public trust in Montana’s workforce systems.
