About The Position

We are hiring for an Administrative Supervisor at RHA Health Services. This role is crucial in supporting the leadership team by analyzing and improving the unit's financial performance. The Administrative Supervisor will supervise administrative staff, manage operational workflows, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial and administrative processes. The position is based in Marion, NC, but requires travel between offices in Burnsville, Marshall, and Bakersville, NC.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of office experience.
  • Experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance authorization processes.
  • Valid driver's license and automotive insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff in daily operations.
  • Oversee team performance, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
  • Manage administrative personnel schedules, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding administrative staff.
  • Coordinate the gathering, preparation, and reporting of financial data.
  • Assist in analyzing financial reports to monitor and improve the unit's performance.
  • Manage service and insurance authorizations, ensuring prompt and accurate approvals.
  • Handle purchasing functions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are performed efficiently and meet company standards.
  • Travel as assigned to support operations across locations.
  • Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
