Job Summary Summary Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing leadership to administrative staff. Ensures efficient workflow, proper resource allocation, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Experience in office administration 3-5 years required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and technology tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and manages administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinates office activities, schedules, and meetings to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develops and implements administrative procedures to improve productivity and streamline processes.
  • Ensures compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains office supplies and ensures the proper functioning of office equipment.
  • Assists in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations as needed.
  • Liaises with other departments to facilitate communication and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Supports the department head with special projects, meeting agendas, and administrative tasks.
