Delta Community Supports is looking for an Administrative Specialist for their Administrative Office location. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks with the HR and Finance Departments, managing records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting teams to improve productivity and workflow. This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and events.
  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and records.
  • Serve as primary contact for staff, stakeholders, and communications.
  • Handle data entry, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and recordkeeping standards.
  • Provide support for projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).
  • 2 - 4 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experienced familiarity with office software, project management tools, or databases, including HRIS systems.
