The incumbent will provide direct clerical/office support to the Office of Service Integrity and Enhancement. Duties include coordinating staff schedules, scheduling and recording internal and external meetings and taking meeting minutes; creating and maintaining documents, spreadsheets and presentations; managing calendars; exchanging information with the public, clients, staff and others; establishing tracking systems and conducting follow up for effective resolution of matters; maintaining data/filing systems for retrievable documentation of operations, programs and project activities; and frequently handles highly sensitive, confidential, and/or political issues on behalf of the superior related to overall agency operations.
