About The Position

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Staunton Clinic departments, including but not limited to staff and facility insurance credentialing ,capital planning and budgeting, attendance tracking and payroll duties, maintain confidential employee files, and clerical support requiring the processing of highly sensitive documents and coordination of strategic projects.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Advanced knowledge of various software packages, including Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
  • Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment.

Nice To Haves

  • An Associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years experience working in a health care setting is preferred.
