This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, manages office operations and materials, handles and routes incoming calls, and supports company events and celebrations. It requires independent, self-directed work and may transition into an entry-level Human Resources position. Monitor and maintain office environment, including but not limited to stocking breakroom, copy rooms, and other areas. Ensuring organization is maintained throughout the office. Maintains office machines such as phone system, copiers, postage machine and printers.
