Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Administrative Specialist to support our Department of Energy (DOE) customer in Idaho Falls, Idaho! Duties & Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to various DOE-ID and DOE-NE offices. Screen and direct incoming calls. Schedule appointments. Arrange meetings. Prepare required materials. Maintain departmental files. Prepare basic word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience with general office equipment. Other Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required.
