Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EHR systems, provider/clinician support, and medical scheduling.

Nice To Haves

B.A in Psychology, Social Work, or any field related to the mental health/social work field given strong preference.

Responsibilities

Greet and collect fees from on site clients.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Promptly respond to referral outreach from partners like One Medical, Women’s Comp Health, and more.
Uphold our commitment to timely communication by addressing emails, voicemails, and faxes within 24 hours.
Maintain schedules for a group of clinicians
Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding scheduling options, clinician details, services, and insurance-related queries.
