About The Position

Credence is seeking an Administrative Specialist to support HQ AFMC A4/10 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) is responsible for shaping the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations. It also delivers responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and overarching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations, aiming to provide war-winning expeditionary capabilities.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a military or federal government environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in office management software and communication tools
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense organizations is an advantage
  • Familiarity with TMT or other suspense tracking system

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure seamless operations within HQ AFMC A4/10-1001.0.
  • Organize and maintain records, reports, and documents in compliance with established regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for division personnel.
  • Maintain communication and correspondence on behalf of the division leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefings, presentations, and reports for leadership review.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable security and confidentiality protocols.
  • Manage logistics for events and special projects as directed.
