About The Position

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional seeking a dynamic workplace? We're looking for an Administrative Specialist to provide essential clerical and administrative support for our operations. In this role, you'll process applications and documents, manage correspondence, coordinate meetings and events, maintain records and databases, and serve as a point of contact for staff, customers, and outside agencies. You'll act as a liaison and resource for routine procedures and practices, helping to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Occasional travel or work outside normal hours may be required. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey information and professionally interact with applicants, staff, and external stakeholders. Possess strong interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy, to build cooperative working relationships and resolve issues diplomatically. Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and are comfortable preparing reports, managing schedules, and creating communications across various platforms. Are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, readily learning new policies, technologies, or procedures as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Show initiative in problem-solving, analyzing data, and researching information to support effective business operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years or more of advanced administrative or office support experience, preferably supporting upper management
  • Demonstrated competency in modern office practices, including document management, scheduling, recordkeeping, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Edge, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Basic math and analytical skills for data entry, reporting, and problem-solving
