About The Position

The Administrative Specialist I provides entry-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role assists with clerical tasks, data entry, communication, and coordination of daily activities. The ideal candidate will exude a friendly and positive demeanor at all times and will work well with others.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED and moderate (1 – 3 years) experience in an administrative support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid Driver's License of the appropriate class.
  • Basic mathematical skills, customer service experience, excellent phone skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility in scheduling are desired.
  • Qualified candidates will be required to participate in online testing, which will consist of Spelling and Data Entry.
  • Candidates will receive separate testing notification via email or text messaging and must complete testing as instructed; no extensions of deadline will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain records, databases, and office systems
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendars
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and basic documents
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and projects
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
