Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer service duties; provide general information and respond to specific customer questions.
  • Conduct necessary research and route inquiries appropriately for more complex matters.
  • Establish, maintain, and adjust appointments, activity calendars, and work schedules for work groups and individuals.
  • Accept and process plans, specifications, forms, reports, legal documents, applications, or similar materials in accordance with legal and procedural requirements.
  • Enter data into and maintain computer systems or databases; proof data entry and correct errors.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office and other departmental supplies and equipment; track expenditures.
  • Track and process accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, packets, and related materials; transcribe and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Establish and maintain office filing systems, files, and records; assemble information upon request.
  • Prepare and proofread standardized documents and forms; compose standard correspondence and written responses upon request.
  • Prepare and provide written articles and narrative for newsletters; prepare bulletins, brochures, publications, and marketing materials.
  • Receive departmental documentation for scanning production.
  • Enter cases into records management system and generate documentation as necessary.
  • Perform data entry of a variety of index fields associated with each document class type.
  • Ensure documents are clear and indexed properly by performing standard quality assurance and quality control processes for scanning and indexing.
