About The Position
Element Education is a non-profit corporation overseeing two publicly funded charter schools located in Escondido, San Diego County. Our mission is to promote a culture of education that empowers learners to find and develop their passion while inspiring their natural desire to explore and learn through choice and flexibility. We focus on students' learning styles, including their dispositions, modalities, interests, talents, and environment, as well as their developmental stages of learning. This collaboration involves students, parents, and mentors in creating personalized learning plans unique to each student. Throughout their educational journey, students demonstrate mastery by progressing toward expertise in areas related to their educational goals, engaging in self-directed learning activities, and contributing to meaningful learning experiences that foster a sense of purpose.
