You will be one the last people our customers come in contact with. Your job will be to assist the customer in processing their NFM pick-up orders. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

Requirements

  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3-6 months customer contact/clerical or office related experience preferred
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Computer skills and ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customers are greeted promptly as they arrive
  • Collect accurate information and direct customers for order loading
  • Check that the sales orders are finalized and filed accurately
  • Work past-due reports, track and document order changes
  • Resolve customer problems face-to-face
