Job Summary Coordinates duties in region office and team to include: processing salary payroll as needed, maintaining associate files, record retention, and processing monthly reports. Acts as the liaison between corporate, RVP, regional team and field to ensure the correct interpretation of company policies and that all procedures and corporate initiatives are understood and followed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative operations of the regional office / regional team to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Process management payroll activities, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  • Prepare and distribute management new‑hire packets and information and assist with onboarding processes, including background checks for salaried associates.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential management personnel and unit files in accordance with record retention requirements.
  • Review and process requisitions, purchase orders, check requests, and vendor invoices; verify accuracy, account coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
  • Process expense reports, purchasing card (P‑card) transactions, direct deposit compliance, and electronic transfers; reconcile P‑card activity and bank transactions as required.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain financial, operational, and administrative reports, including weekly, monthly, and end‑of‑month reporting and budget forecasting.
  • Track salaried associate flex time off (FTO) and maintain related records.
  • Assist with new unit openings and organizational programs as needed; coordinate logistical and administrative support.
  • Plan and coordinate annual, semi‑annual, and other regional meetings and events.
  • Prepare written communications such as memos, letters, and formal correspondence for regional leadership.
  • Support management staff with confidential documentation and administrative processes as needed..
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and staff development programs as appropriate.
  • Read, understand, and comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety requirements, including incident reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support regional and organizational operations.
