The Administrative Services Specialist provides executive level administrative support to VCUHS Vice President(s) or Executive Director(s). The Admin Services Specialist ensures that all administrative assignments are carried out in a professional, timely and confidential manner and that the office operates efficiently and effectively. The Admin Services Specialist may also provide administrative support to Division Directors/staff and back-up coverage to other senior level executives as needed.
