About The Position

This role leads the pricing and membership teams and helps ensure accurate, timely support for customer groups, partner agreements, and vendor relationships. The person in this position works across teams to keep pricing, membership, reporting, and onboarding activities on track. This role also helps improve processes, strengthen controls, support audits, and develop team members while meeting customer and business deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with demonstrated advancement in scope or responsibility.
  • Required to work on-site two days per week at our Lake Mary, Florida office.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Performance management experience.
  • Experience building relationships with internal customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Strong data analytics and problem solving skills.
  • Previous contract pricing and membership experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Equivalent business experience will be considered in place of a degree.

  • Business to business experience in distribution.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the leadership team responsible for customer pricing, membership, and vendor partner support.
  • Manage the leadership team for the Customer Support, Customer Strategic Support, and Vendor teams to help ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to customer contract pricing and membership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month end close and reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders during the onboarding of new customer groups to help ensure accurate contract pricing and membership within established deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with Company partner agreements and maintain a working knowledge of new and revised contractual terms.
  • Identify and develop process improvements to help ensure complete and accurate information is entered into the system.
  • Review policies and procedures and update them to reflect business needs.
  • Build collaborative relationships with sales, customer service, finance, accounting, and pharma account management leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with SAP and technology teams to build and improve system processes and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Company internal controls.
  • Review internal controls narratives and suggest updates as needed.
  • Oversee audits initiated by vendors and Group Purchasing Organizations.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to support employee performance and career growth.
  • Act as a change advocate by developing and implementing project initiatives that support customer and business goals while maintaining high employee satisfaction.
  • Complete special reporting and projects as assigned.
