The Department of Human Resources' Center for Achievement in Public Services (CAPS) is seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. Our team provides workforce development services to state agencies and departments. Our office is located at 32 College Street in Montpelier. The Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for customer service and administrative support for CAPS. Work also includes ordering and coding invoices, purchasing office supplies, inventory management, managing and tracking attendance/completion of training, answering phones and emails, greeting customers and other assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, maintain a positive and professional attitude, have advanced working knowledge of MS-Office and enjoy learning and using new systems. Candidates should also have a demonstrated ability to manage deadlines with a high level of attention to detail/accuracy of data entry, and the ability to move seamlessly among various tasks with regular interruptions.
