Serves as a key support role working closely with other staff members to further the mission and goals of the Healthcare Foundation, while serving as the first impression to all guests, visitors, and callers, as well as engaging with staff, donors, volunteers, and hospital employees to advance philanthropic relationships, assist in coordinating fundraising activities, and provide day-to-day administrative support for the Healthcare Foundation. The role provides primary telephone coverage, greets visitors, and manages daily administrative functions such as preparing bank deposits, processing mail, maintaining supplies, and supporting the finance team with data entry, invoices, credit cards, reimbursements, and reconciliations. It also assists with maintaining spreadsheets, vendor documentation, and financial records as directed by the Director of Finance & Operations. This position supports donor relations by responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and impact reports, and cultivating positive relationships to ensure donor stewardship best practices are followed. The role also supports grant activities by maintaining grantee data, gathering documentation, and assisting with communications to enhance the Foundation’s community impact.
