Administrative Secretary - Dermatology - 16 hours
About The Position
Within a high volume setting, provides support functions to the clinical and administrative staff; ensures attention to detail and aids in the completion of patient charging, abstracting, and insurance referrals. Requirements
- One to three years previous experience as a Admirative Assistant in a physicians practice or Clinic environment
- Command of verbal and written English
- Positive interpersonal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Understanding of referral process
- Knowledge of physician appointments and schedule management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.
- Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able and available to float to other practice locations as needed with reimbursement for mileage.
