Serve as the primary contact for all benefit-related inquiries, guiding them through eligibility, enrollment, coverage changes, qualifying life events, and open enrollment. Coordinate terminations and COBRA processes, administer flexible spending and wellness programs, and handle health insurance discrepancies. Manage organized benefit records to ensure compliance with HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and IRS requirements. Prepare and distribute benefit communications, assist with ACA reporting, coordinate benefit-related meetings, collaborate with brokers and carriers to resolve issues, and provide administrative support to the Treasurer's Office.
