Coordinate workflow and projects in the department to enable staff to address issues in their respective areas of responsibility with minimal concern for clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High school graduate with emphasis on business/computer courses.
  • Minimum of two years experience in the office setting using excellent communication and public relations skills; handling multiple tasks and interruptions.
  • Experience using Word 97 for Windows and graphics, spreadsheet and data presentation software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for staff and the department.
  • Coordinate workflow and projects in the department to enable staff to address issues in their respective areas of responsibility with minimal concern for clerical duties.
