Teva is searching for an Administrative Sales Coordinator to join our team in Parsippany, NJ! This is an exciting opportunity to begin or continue your career within a global pharmaceutical company. Reporting directly to the Vice President US Generic Sales, the Sales Coordinator will provide critical administrative and project-related support to leadership Team. In addition to providing customary administrative support, which includes managing calendars, booking travel, preparing expense reports, and other ad hoc admin activities, the Team Coordinator will help manage schedules and planning for various industry, customer, and internal meetings. It is preferred candidates have proficient skills in supporting and developing powerpoint slide decks. The Sales Coordinator must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously changing organization that requires all employees to adapt quickly to new demands and tasks that arise in the moment. The ideal individual will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to professionally work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks or activities by multitasking and prioritizing.
