Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM software
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Support sales personnel with daily tasks and client follow-ups
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports
  • Maintain and update CRM and customer records
  • Assist with order processing and coordination between departments
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
