Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth knowledge of Chapter 90 and 540 CMR regulations and RMV standards.
• Conduct audits for hearings including preparation, conduct, and decision-making.
• Serve as a resource for internal and external departments to research and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, correspondence, itineraries, forms, schedules, etc. relating to audits.
• Research laws, regulations, policy, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Draft comprehensive reports of audit areas.
• Create memos, charts, schedules, graphs, or similar visual aids to prepare summaries and analyses.
