Requirements
- 1 year of experience required; 2 years preferred
- Experience with multiple phone lines (Call center experience highly important)
- Experience in a healthcare setting utilizing computer programs. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Meditech, EPIC, and/or other healthcare related programs
- Experience with medical terminology
- Experience with multifunctional devices for copying, scanning, and faxing
- Knowledge of call queue, medical supplies and pharmacy delivery scheduling
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Retail pharmacy experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred
- Previous home health, home infusion pharmacy experience
- Associate's Degree
