About The Position

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Representative located at the Kailua, Kona Airport. The Administrative Representative will support the Administrative Supervisors and Daily Rental Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is customer service oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and cognizant of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Aside from religious observance, able to work a part time 30-39 hours per week, Mon-Fri between 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls- general questions and answers
• Provide customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
• Provide directions and general assistance
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Filing & other general clerical/administrative duties
• Other administrative duties delegated by manager
