The Administrative Project Coordinator at RevoluSun is responsible for managing and organizing solar and energy storage projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly from the point of sale through to construction installation. This role involves close collaboration with Project Ambassadors and Operations teams to prepare necessary documentation and maintain project timelines, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and project quality.

  • Complete all necessary applications for utilities and AHJs, managing documents and workflow processes to obtain permits and meet deadlines.
  • Act as the liaison between AHJs and clients, representing RevoluSun to these authorities.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into manageable actions and set timeframes for completion.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure that client needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Assist with project procurement management and monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Communicate project status to all participants and work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications for management.
  • Manage team calendars, making appointments and prioritizing sensitive matters for management and team members.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and delegate tasks in coordination with management.
  • Generate and file documents appropriately, including customer, sales, and operational documentation.
  • Bridge file management and communication between leads, sales teams, operational teams, and field crews.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and self-initiative in exploring the solar industry.
  • Perform other administrative and executive assistant duties as needed.
