As an Administrative Program Coordinator II, you will manage diverse projects, identify process improvements, and enhance departmental efficiency and cohesion to support Hematology/Oncology and Non-Oncology Infusion Services at Cleveland Clinic. A caregiver in this role exhibits precision in invoice validation, data entry, and documentation while efficiently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication for effective cross-functional and vendor collaboration, adapt quickly to new systems and tools, and apply robust problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio or Florida, Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Function as a liaison and administrative, technical and operational resource. Initiate or lead less complex projects. Coordinate policy evaluation and implementation. Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. Develop communications, databases and budget summaries. Lead orientation and records management activities and ensure standards are maintained. Develop and update interdepartmental education programs. Assist with the scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes. Identify key milestones and deadlines. Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results. Research, analyze and organize information for presentations. Assist department leadership with large or complex projects.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and three years of administrative or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and one year of experience
  • Strong computer skills and experience with software applications
  • May require a license based on department/institute needs
  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Healthcare or related organization experience
  • Experience developing healthcare, financial or education programs
  • Knowledge of oncology and infusion drugs (J-codes)
  • Familiarity with pharmacy-related processes
  • Project coordination experience
