As an Administrative Program Coordinator on our team, you will support the coordination and development of innovative policies and improvement initiatives while serving as a key liaison across departments to promote efficiency and collaboration. This role is primarily administrative, with responsibilities including invoicing, billing, supply ordering and expense tracking, as well as research-related administrative support such as maintaining documentation, regulatory files and IRB paperwork A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • With guidance from the Director, lead or coordinate multiple projects and policy initiatives.
  • Update, monitor and manage databases.
  • Develop scorecards and milestones to track progress.
  • Analyze project improvement and progress.
  • Report on discrepancies and variances.
  • Coordinate project prioritization and assist with policy and initiative implementation.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings.
  • Attend meetings and record key outcomes.
  • Support all office administrative functions.
  • Develop and maintain updates.
  • Associate's Degree and two years of administrative experience or customer service OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
  • Computer skills and experience with software applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Healthcare experience or related organization
