Review and enter data and review information for annuity transactions utilizing our workflow management system and administrative system.
Double-check work to make sure it's accurate and complete.
Help agents, clients, and other departments by phone, email, letter, or messaging.
Pull reports and share information with internal teams and external partners.
Be part of projects that improve processes and customer experiences.
An associate degree (or equivalent work experience).
At least one year of experience in financial services is helpful, but not required -- we'll train the right person.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook & SharePoint).
Must meet or exceed average accuracy and quality standards for all the work processed monthly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Team player who enjoys helping others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying information internally in other areas of the company and externally with our agents/distribution partners.
