Experience the Transformative Power of Withum Plus You - that’s the Power in the Plus! Withum is seeking an Administrative Operations Support Assistant for our Buffalo, NY office . This person will perform administrative work as needed in the areas around the Firm and will ensure timely, accurate, and quality projects, and related work as required. Assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our downtown Buffalo office. Work with Office Administrators to help support our staff and clients, including but not limited to typing correspondence, reports, etc., calendar maintenance, client communications, event coordination and planning, visitor travel arrangements, software assistance for client-facing team members, scanning, mailings, photocopying, coordinating deliveries, mailroom tasks, ordering office supplies, etc. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn new software programs. Collaborate with team members to support the overall efficiency and productivity of the office Address client and other team members’ questions and issues promptly Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Able to work overtime as needed This is a mainly in-office position, with some flexibility to work from home, once training has been completed.
