Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administration, the Administrative Operations Manager will manage, oversee, and coordinate specific and ongoing administrative department initiatives. The Operations Manager will support the Administrative and Chair's Office teams in implementing departmental policies and procedures, coordinating faculty recruitment, and managing all onboarding, offboarding and LOA processes. This individual will manage the day-to-day administrative operations and be responsible for delegating work and requests to appropriate staff while serving as the expert and leader in compliance and policy, partnering with the Assistant Director on key strategic initiatives for the department.
