About The Position

Oversee daily office management functions, develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity, while applying a basic understanding of international relations to support global stakeholder interactions and cross-cultural coordination. Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and post-event evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Provide high-level executive assistant services, expertly managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, meeting coordination, and daily administrative tasks with proactive prioritization and attention to detail. Support financial management of the office through budgeting, expense tracking, grant evaluations, and analysis of potential new grant funding opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience providing executive support, administrative coordination, financial oversight, or any other relevant experience.
