About The Position

The Administrative Operations Coordinator is part of the Advanced Computing Center for Research and Education (ACCRE) at Vanderbilt University and is a key individual contributor responsible for providing administrative, programmatic, and project management support to the ACCRE Team. This position will provide critical support in structuring project management practices, support organizing and communicating across multiple teams and projects, and provide administrative support for the broad array of activities within the center. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Administrative Operations Coordinator will work with the senior leadership team to provide support across all aspects of ACCRE operations. This position will have a major impact on ACCRE's expansion and transformation in the coming years providing much needed support across the organization. The Administrative Operations Coordinator will be instrumental in organizing workshops and training events which will empower Vanderbilt faculty and staff in research computing. This position will sit at the heart of ACCRE operations, ensuring connectivity across the organization by providing support for activities such as project coordination & tracking, purchasing, scheduling, event planning, documentation of operating procedures, and social media.
