The Bright Beginnings Administrative Office Assistant serves as the front office leader for Bright Beginnings. They support the purchasing process, act as the facilities liaison, take the lead on record-keeping, and manage Bright Beginnings' main office inventory. The Administrative Office Assistant provides limited support to the Director & Senior Manager, Financial and Administrative Services. As assigned, they assist with audits and special projects and provide backup support to the administrative team. Note: This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
