Administrative Nursing Supervisor
About The Position
Find your purpose as an Administrative Nursing Supervisor at the St. Cloud Hospital! In this role, you will provide support to all aspects and areas of the hospital serving as the administrative representative on the evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care, staff morale, and organizational performance. By providing effective leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team, you can help enhance the quality of care delivered at CentraCare and contribute to positive patient experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in nursing required.
- Registered Nurse (RN) current licensure in the State of Minnesota required
- 3 years minimum of experience as a registered nurse with demonstrated skills in clinical nursing.
- Leadership, communication and organizational expertise necessary
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree preferred.
- Past experience as a charge nurse or other nursing management position preferred.
