Requirements

  • 2+ years using social media applications
  • 2+ years using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications
  • 2+ years multi-tasking and follow through on projects and tasks
  • 2+ years oral and written communication skills and able to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organization skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners
  • Work independently as well as function as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous marketing experience
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the Marketing and Administrative Assistant is to provide support to an advisor or team of advisors, including any and all daily, monthly, and annual tasks.
  • The Marketing and Administrative Assistant helps the advisor maintain his or her practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients.
  • Maintain communication with current clients through on-going mailings, email and phone calls
  • Preparing documents for client appointments
  • Responding to client inquiries and requests
  • Answering phones, scheduling appointments and greeting clients when they enter the practice
  • Assist with social media outreach and content management
  • Creation and management of a content calendar across our social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram)
  • Manage timely responses to comments on social media platforms, screening for warm/ hot leads and forwarding to Wealth Advisors
  • Website administration, including maintenance, management, and email campaigns
  • Basic graphic design to support social media postings, and marketing communications
  • Brainstorming creative campaign development to help promote the business working with the leadership team to create engaging and accessible content with clients and prospects
  • Support in amplifying client events for FFG
  • Content creation for client communications
