The Administrative Manager is a key on‑site leader responsible for supporting both the operational and human resources needs of the manufacturing facility. On the operations side, this role ensures accurate production reporting, inventory, and BOM data management, raw material receiving records, and customer order and shipment documentation. The manager coordinates closely with corporate accounting on AP/AR activities and maintains the administrative processes that support efficient daily manufacturing performance. Equally, the role serves as the primary HR resource for the facility—guiding managers and employees on HR policies, leading hiring and onboarding activities, supporting employee relations, and assisting with performance and disciplinary processes. The Administrative Manager also plays a core role in maintaining a safe work environment by supporting plant safety programs and related documentation. Overall, this position acts as the central connector between operations, HR, and corporate teams to ensure the facility runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
