About The Position

The incumbent is responsible for the overall administrative and clinical operations of a large, high-volume Sports Medicine practice in Boston, MA. This role provides day-to-day management of operations, including staffing, financial oversight, and strategic planning to ensure high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. The incumbent serves as a key liaison between practice staff, clinical providers, and hospital leadership, overseeing administrative workflows, practice performance, and process improvement initiatives. With a deep understanding of healthcare operations, hospital policies, and ambulatory care delivery, the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Summary Responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations within a hospital office setting. This role ensures the efficient functioning of administrative processes, managing staff, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the hospital. This role also works closely with senior management to implement policies, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare required.
  • 5-7 years experience in healthcare administration or related area required.
  • 2-3 years experience in a management or leadership role required.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day administrative functions and office operations.
