Requirements

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • High School diploma, vocational school diploma, or GED certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience in program administration, including:
  • Supervising administrative personnel and overseeing daily operational functions.
  • Engaging with end user groups to analyze and resolve administrative or technical support issues.
  • Making recommendations to improve administrative support effectiveness and communication within government/contractor teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative team members, ensuring smooth daily office operations and adherence to established procedures.
  • Support scheduling, recordkeeping, documentation control, correspondence, and internal communication on behalf of the program.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between administrative staff, technical teams, and Government stakeholders to facilitate workflow and issue resolution.
  • Work with end user groups to evaluate and resolve technical and administrative challenges, providing recommendations to the Government for process improvement.
  • Track program deliverables, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel, reporting, and procurement-related administrative support as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational efficiency in handling sensitive or mission-critical information.
